Adviser Office Hours and Advising Basics Workshop
Adviser Office Hours is a great drop-in opportunity to ask questions and connect with fellow advisers. We invite you to reach out to your fellow advisers for additional support or networking. The Advising Basics Workshop is for all new undergraduate academic advisers. The training provides an introduction to UW advising, an understanding of the undergraduate student’s academic path, issues and policies around struggling students, a brief introduction to key tools, and connects advisers to key resources.
